My 17 year old son is gay. I think he is really really angry with God for "making him this way". I know he believes in Jesus and God, but is rejecting all christianity based on its stance on homosexuality. What can I do? Can you help?
Seventeen is a very difficult age for a youth and for the parents. Yes, I believe and hope that we can help you and your son. Please look around our website and contact me (McKrae) for help. The biggest hurdle is reaching your son. You cannot change or force change upon anyone. I can share my story and help him understand himself as best as possible but he has to be willing to respond. If he sees/hears something that he is interested in and responds then great headway can be made.
