Just wanted to let you know something. As long as I have known Derek, he has told me about what he wants to do with his life, specifically helping other people who want to leave the 'lifestyle'. I must admit, I had heard some sketchy things about Exodus, and while I was 100% behind what Derek wanted to do, I was less than enthusiastic about his being part of this organization. I feel like I now have a more correct idea of what y'all are trying to do.

I have to have a lot of respect for someone who has given so much of his life to help others, and after spending some time around you, I'm thinking you are a wonderful Godly influence on my husband's life. I can't wait to see where this part of our journey leads us, and I feel like I can now help others to see that this organization is committed to helping people, not changing who they are as people.

Last weekend helped me to learn a lot about the ex-gay movement, and I am even more proud to be a part of helping people live in the fullness of God's love, and the life He intended for all of us to live.
